Neighbourhood Plan

Its an amazing opportunity to spend 6 months finding out what folk really want.
The way it works is:
- It takes 3 months for a steering group or residents to organise how they are going to engage the community.
- Then 6 months to consult.
- Followed by 3 months working out what actions should be taken. Midlothian Council then spend the next 5 years doing it.
